For nearly30years China’s real estate industry from development and construction of national economy and urbanization plays an important supporting role, but during its rapid development it also consumes large amounts of natural resources, and destructs the ecological environment greatly. So green building has become one of indispensable choice in the urbanization process in China to solve the contradiction between economic development and resource utilization, environmental protection, and to follow the path of sustainable development,. At the same time, development of green building has become an inevitable choice becuase the real estate industry by the economic situation, macroeconomic regulation and control and the impact of factors such as rising costs, enterprise products have better competitive, in order to get more dividends policy. Green building has more risk than average building due to its particularity, and green building project development is still in its infancy in our country, the development of enterprises will be more need to focus on green building project development risks. In this paper, the academic study on green building project risk identification, risk assessment and risk response to question has been carried on, it is analyzed combined with the empirical case, and the suggestions are put forward according to the case of risk coping.This paper discusses the definition and connotation of green building, studies the target system and risk characteristics. Based on this, risk evaluation index system is established combined with green building project whole life cycle of development process, through the consult experts to identify the20major risk factors. Secondly comprehensive risk assessment model is established in the assessment of risk adopted a relatively new algorithm Gl method to determine index weight, apply grey system comprehensive evaluation method to the green building project development, In empirical research part, papers on domestic shearing section.at large urban complex green building project risk evaluation analysis, and combined with the evaluation results put forward a proposal for the project risk response.A relatively complete green building project risk evaluation theory system has been built in this papers through consulting from risk management of the existing research results at home and abroad,and combining with the characteristics of green building project development.the green building project risk identification, risk assessment and risk response to question has carried on the system theory and combined with the empirical case for analysis. Through to the green building project risk identification, to get to the project had a greater influence on the development of risk factors, and thus obtained the risk evaluation index system. Because green building will affect the whole life cycle of project development process of green building,project goal is divided into decision-making risk, the risk factors of preparation stage, implementation stage risk and risk of rental and operation stages, a total of20risk factors constitute the green building evaluation index system of the risk of project development. Finally, the risk management of risk coping strategies has been used in the project prophase preparation through empirical study.
