Since the industrial revolution, along with the rapid development of the global economy,the level of industrialization and city urbanization constantly improve.But it has also led to the deterioration of the global ecological environment and energy shortage,and so on. Thus, people realize that we should take the path of sustainable development and realize the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.specially after the "The Thirteen Five-Year Guideline" the government has advocated the development of green buildings, energy-saving emission reduction, therefore, the development of green residence is the main trend of the development of the industry,Due to the technical requirements of the higher, more investment, lack of policy support and other reasons lead to the development of developers are not really committed to the green house.This paper mainly from the perspective of developers to control the development of green house risk factors and the risk assessment.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,research status and related theoretical basis of green house.Through the method of risk identification and selection determines the comprehensive use of brainstorming,causal analysis and the Delphi method, and then the design of risk identification method.Identify the existence of six major risk sources of green residential political risk,technology risk,environmental risk,economic risk,social risk,management risk, establish a preliminary risk identification list and as a basis for the preparation of "green residential development project risk assessment questionnaire"; Secondly,invite experts have green residential experience to fill in the questionnaire, the risk degree of harm scoring and proposed changes, through the four round of the project risk experts predicted and the data analysis by Assistant,than get the final project risk list;Thirdly, construction of risk comprehensive evaluation system of greenresidential development project based on AHP- entropy weight method. this paper,the AHP is used to determine the subjective weight, the entropy method to determine the objective weight and calculate the combination weights.Combined with experts on the risk factors of the degree of harm and use the formula "the risk value =the risk occurrence probability Degree * the harm degree of the risk",derived a risk value and rank risk factors according to importance. Than identify the green residential I risk 6,grade II Risk 18,III Risk 7; Finally,according to the risk level, combined with an example to verify the maneuverability of the evaluation system.Green residential project is a set of economic,technical,management in one of the systems engineering,compared with traditional house,the green house has some greater uncertainty. Through the research on the risk identification and evaluation of the green residential development project, ensure the successful implementation of the project.
