In recent years, it brought a series of social problems of environmental pollution,depletion of natural resources and energy crisis when China developed rapidly. Constructionindustry, as an important part of social and economic development, put a great deal of pressureon the environment and resources because of its extensive development mode. Green risk is acollection of all uncertainties, which would threat to sustainable development goal under theinfluence of subjective and objective conditions. This “sustainable” mainly reflected onenvironment, resources and energy. Obviously, in the context of sustainable developmentstrategy, it actively carried out green risk theory and practice, promoted green riskmanagement and controlled to projects in construction process, which should change the statusof high pollution, material and energy consumption.The most frequent construction activities, most concentrated resources, energyconsumption, the complex field environment and the longest period made construction phaseas green risk management research range. With the inherent characteristics of green riskduring construction phase of project, it established a scientific and comprehensive riskassessment systems, it also provided ideas and methods for theoretical foundation for greenrisk assessment during construction phase of project.According to construction risk identification and recognition principle, it built the initialrisk index system of green risk during construction phase of project, standards and relatedliterature from five aspects which would be described in detail.In view of the uncertainty of the green risk factors of construction project, paperscombine gray system theory and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the green risk inconstruction phase and a corresponding model is established and give a specific evaluationprocess; Finally, The aforementioned green risk assessment model is applied in a building project to manage green risk during construction phase of project, the results of the evaluationof the project’s green risk is reasonable.It will reduce possibility of harm when we acquaninte green risks, use scientific methodsto evaluate them and take prevention measures. The prevention, conformity and metastasis ofgreen risk ensured sustainability of project construction.
