The design scheme of product is the first step in the whole life circle of the product,which is the prerequisite of quality This process is the most creative and innovative stage. Because of designers’s knowledge limitations, there is a great deal of difficulty in product scheme design.The introduction of new design theory and method become inevitableIn order to speed up the pace of the upgrading of products, this article takes the construction platform elevator drive system as the research object, research the hoist transmission scheme design and design scheme evaluation optimization problem, this paper puts forward some new ideas and methods.The main research fileds are as follows:(1) Establish elevator drive system design theory and method.This paper studies the connotation of the description of the demand expression, functional requirements of the expression and decomposition, structure demand expression and abstract, design scheme solving technology, etc, to enhance machine drive system design more theoretical foundation(2) To build elevator drive system design of the basic mechanism information database, this paper puts forward for computer aided design of the basic mechanism symbol representation methods and corresponding to the functional requirements of the basic mechanism motion feature representation, and developed a basic mechanism project synthesis operation rules, to enhance machine drive system of computer aided design laid a foundation.(3) Establish elevator drive system design evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed ranking the calculation principle and method, realize the multilevel and factor under the elevator drive system design scheme optimum sequence arrangement, provide the design personnel valuable selection of design schemes..(4) Based on the proposed elevator drive system design theory and method, the development of elevator drive system of computer aided design software, realize the function that the user just simple input design requirement can be done automatically winding machine drive system design scheme and design scheme to solve the visual expression of target, and through some examples verify the proposed elevator drive system design theory and method is feasible, effective support this kind of equipment design means.
