| With the deepening of the reform of power industry system,more and more attention has been paid to the benefits of power grid planning and construction.Power transmission and transformation project is the dominant part of power grid construction and an important link of power grid planning.It is closely related to the economic,social and environmental benefits of power construction in China.In this paper,the optimization design and evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects are studied,and a 110 k V project is taken as an example to analyze the engineering example.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for transmission line scheme selection is established and applied to the selection of transmission lines in the Yuanqu.The details are as follows:1)The basic theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and power transmission and transformation engineering design is elaborated.Firstly,the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced from three aspects: basic concepts,basic elements and basic steps,and the applicability of the theory in various fields is pointed out.Then,the basic principles of power transmission and transformation engineering design are analyzed,its basic contents are elaborated,and the main process of design is introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for the full-text research.2)Establish a mathematical model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects.Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,an index system for comprehensive evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects is proposed.Firstly,the basic principle of comprehensive evaluation index selection is elaborated.Based on this principle,a tree-like index system is established from four aspects of technology,economy,construction and environment in combination with relevant engineering codes.Further,the relative importance of each index is evaluated by expert consultation scoring method,and the index weight is obtained by eigenvalue decomposition method to construct a complete synthesis.Finally,a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for power transmission and transformation projects is put forward based on the theory of fuzzy evaluation.3)A case study is carried out for the transmission line design part,and the transmission line design scheme is determined by comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,the current situation of power system in the region where the transmission and transformation project is located isanalyzed,and the future development plan is studied.From the aspects of load forecasting,power balance and power supply planning,the related background are analyzed.Two alternative route schemes are further designed,and combined with the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the alternative route schemes are comprehensively evaluated to select the best route scheme.4)Electrical design is carried out for 110 k V Yuanqu power transmission and transformation project.The feasibility of the line scheme is verified by electrical calculation.Further design is carried out for the electrical scheme,including main wiring,parameter selection of transformer,neutral grounding mode,etc.At the same time,design and analysis are carried out for the relevant incoming and outgoing lines of substation.Finally,the overhead part of the project is designed.Taking the Yuanqu power transmission and transformation project as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. |
