The maintenance of the road produces lots of asphalt pavement wastes every year as the road of our county enters the maintenance period. The recycling of these wastes has been paid more and more attention and it has became an issue that need to be resolved by researchers and engineers. So it is necessary to research the old asphalt materials cement cold regenerated.This paper observes and analyses the microscopic structure at high magnification by scanning electron microscopy XL30ESEM.And analyses the strength formation mechanism of the cold regeneration.This thesis analyses the design of the composition of cement cold regeneration through analyze the traits of the old asphalt pavement materials.The new aggregate mixed quantity controls around 15%,and the cement dosage about 4%~5%.Through lots of tests analyses the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and compression modulus and other major mechanical indexes. According to analysis the strength of different cement dosage, the new material dosage, the rule of age and test temperature, the relationships between each index are established. Then this paper researches water stability, frozen stability, erosion resistance, temperature shrinkage performance and drying shrinkage performance of the cement cold regeneration old asphalt materials. Put forward the design parameters for the structure of cement cold regeneration aggregates and cement cold regeneration ashes after the research of mechanical strength, resilience modulus and stable performance. Study the mechanical properties and road properties of cement cold regeneration aggregates using vibration method.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of vibration method specimens is higher than the static pressure molding specimens about 17%-4%, splitting strength growth averaging is higher more than 20% and road performances are also improved. According to the technical characteristics of cold regeneration materials and the testing road,this thesis studies the construction process and analyzs the economic and social benefits of cold regeneration materials.The research results will guide the popularization and application of the cement cold regeneration mixtures.
