At present, the highway network in Guangxi region has basically formed, newlybuilt highway mileage has gradually reduced, the earlier construction of asphaltpavement has gradually stepped into the stage of repairing or overhauling, asphaltsurface repairing or overhauling has become one of the important directions in thehighway construction management.In these asphalt roadbed overhauled or repairedengineering, it’s a problem that how to use old road structure material reasonably.This paper is based on Guangxi Baise region pavement overhaul engineering.Aimed at asphalt concrete road surface disease and deep to the grassroots, mixing theasphalt concrete pavement and the cement stabilized gravel base and then coldrecycling to treatment diseases at the grass-roots level. Adding a certain amount ofstabilizer in the old asphalt pavement materials regeneration process, studying themeans of recycling with different cold regeneration of stabilizer, evaluating thecondition of cold recycled mixture performance under different cold regenerationstabilizers,using reasonably for regeneration of semi-rigid base asphalt pavementstructure layer.In the study of foamed asphalt cold regeneration technology, mix RAP and thecement stable macadam mixture on the base of in different proportion to carry on therecycling to evaluate the old material, design ratio of2:1,1:1,1:2, adding a gradationof aggregate,old material blending ratio was80%. Concluded that synthetic gradationⅠ, synthetic gradation Ⅱ, synthesis gradation Ⅲoptimum moisture content, the bestdosage of foam asphalt. Synthesis gradation Ⅰcleavage strength is opposite bigger,so choose the synthetic gradation Ⅰ asfollow-up experiments in this paper. Test themechanics performance and water stability performance of the synthetic gradation Ⅰ,meet the specification requirements. The fatigue performance is good, through theexperiment data regression analysis, concluded that foam asphalt cold recycledmixture tensile strength structure coefficient as the grass-roots level Ks.In the study of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology, carries on thedesign of mix proportion to determine the optimal water content and the best dosageof emulsified asphalt. Different molding methods, different demulsification timecompaction of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture by splitting strengthevaluation, concluded that molding method Ⅱ is superior to the molding methodⅠ. Emulsified asphalt emulsion increases with time is advantageous to the cleavagestrength of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. Test the mechanics performanceand water stability performance of the the emulsified asphalt cold recycledmixture;meet the specification requirements. The fatigue performance is good,through the experiment data regression analysis, concluded that foam asphalt coldrecycled mixture tensile strength structure coefficient as the grass-roots level Ks.In the study of cement stabilized cool regenerated technology, carries on thedesign of mix proportion, the miserable4%,5%,6%cement dosage, respectively, todetermine the optimum moisture content; Unconfined compressive strength, splittingstrength, compressive resilience modulus increase with the increase of dosage ofcement, the regularity of the change is consistent; According to stable inorganicbinder of cold recycled mixture technical requirements, believe that adding4%cement dosage.Finally apply foam asphalt cold regeneration design research,for guangxi baiseG324white line highway baise to daban road overhaul project. Road test section ofthe recycled mixture construction quality testing analysis, performance assess, onpaved roads are in good condition. Foam asphalt in cold regeneration technology hasobvious economic benefits and social benefits.
