Now relatively rapid development of the cause of China’s road, urban road mileage increases, in today’s economy and society, from the Road Traffic considerable role, played a significant role in the people’s economy. Due to a large number of cities in the need for the renovation and expansion of the road, in this repair stage, will produce a lot of waste material, serious damage to the environment but also wasted a lot of asphalt, and our bitumen resources and very lack. If these waste materials can be used, and will save resources, and achieve scientific development.Asphalt recycling technology, asphalt pavement will need to be rebuilt after scarifying, recycling, crushing, new aggregate new asphalt materials using the appropriate ratio, mixing again after leveling rolling to form a line with the road performance Recycled Asphalt Mixture technology. Through the use of thermal regeneration of foreign experience, we get a lot of comprehensive evaluation. Site thermal regeneration advantage:to save the integrity of the aggregate, to retain the composition and performance of the asphalt,100%old material, while the traditional method of plant regeneration can only use40to50%old material; saving not only material, also reduce the impact on traffic; life of asphalt to10-12years, once situ thermal regeneration, it will make it to extend the service life to20years, its economic efficiency is very impressive. The subject combination Yingkou a trunk road construction, a comprehensive study of the technical feasibility and economic viability of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology applications in urban road maintenance, and research contents mainly include:(1) asphalt concrete recycling construction of several commonly used methods and their advantages and disadvantages, to determine the choice of renewable way, and (2) design regenerant dosage, mineral aggregate mix design, optimum asphalt content based on renewable mix Marshall test,(3) Wirtgen regeneration of Remixer4500thermal machine site thermal regeneration of the asphalt pavement construction technology,(4) analysis of differences in economic benefits in situ thermal regeneration process and the traditional construction process.
