Due to the progress of human civilization and the rapid development of the society, the natural resources for the buildings and highways increased. When human continue mining these natural resources, the natural environment were seriously damaged. How to develop and utilize some environmental protection building materials become the focus problems that people pay close attention to. These environmental protection building materials not only save construction investment, but also to ensure the engineering quality; which became the development trend and direction of the new building materials.This paper through the indoor test, studies the road performance and mechanics nature of the solidified soil based material. These six texts:the unconfined compressive strength test, the modulus of resilience test, the water stability test, the cleavage strength test, the antifreeze stability test and the low temperature shrinkage test comparing with conventional semi-rigid base material cement stabilized sand gravel subgrade materials, reveals the road performance and mechanical properties of stabilized soil base material. Through the indoor test research, proceed the simulation design and analysis of the solidified soil base material; check the feasibility of the solidified soil base as a new road base material, and analyze the economic benefit and social benefit of the typical structure. For example if the solidified soil base material can achieve the technical standard of lower level highway pavement base material, it will have a broad prospect of application and promotion value in the area lacking of sandy gravel resource.Considering the solidified soil base material and construction technology used at the beginning in our country, there is no relevant standard reference. Although there are some solidified soil based roads in the nationwide, but did not form molding construction technology and technical guidance. Therefore, this article based on the solidified soil based materials construction process of LiaoZhong riverbank road and jinshan village road, summarize the solidified soil base materials construction technology, which help to be the applied basic information of the solidified soil based technology.Although this paper has a comprehensive study of solidified soil base materials, only does a preliminary exploratory work of solidified soil base asphalt road surface applied research. Hope this research can provide certain reference and theoretical basis for the practical application of solidified soil basic material.
