Research On Construction Technologyof Colored Pavement

With the coordinated development of urban transport and the environment, thecoloredpavement has attracted more and more attention, and gradually becomed an important symbol of city modernization. Colored pavement can not only optimize the urban landscape and beautify the enviroment, but also strengthen traffic-warning function by dividing traffic region. But during the construction of colored pavement,the upfront investment is large, and the production process of coloredcementing material is complex, which largely restricted the promotion of the colored pavement. This topic considers economic factors, simplified procedures, technical feasibility, etc. and carrys on research about the colored pavement construction technology, hoping to provide some valuable reference for application ofcolored pavement in our country.In this paper, according tothe physical and chemical properties of asphalt binderto select the raw material of colored cementing material, and according to interaction rationale ofmolecular polymer to establish the most suitable preparation process, and then respectively to study the influence of petroleum resin, modifier, and its content on thecolored cementingmaterial properties. Meanwhile to choose three-performance ratio of binder from the perspective of economic and nature standardedand toevaluate its performance through comparative analysis.In the study of color pavement mixture,the main parts are design of mixture ratio and the pavement performance. First, to determine the type of mix, select aggregate gradation, and then according to the Marshall test to determine theoptimal content of cementing material and pigments. Through a series ofpavement-performance testto evaluate its performance, such as the high-temperature stability and low-temperature stability and the water stability, we can come to a conclusion that the colored pavement mixture shows excellent andits performance is better than the usual asphaltmixture andthe colored asphalt mixture at home and abroad.In the research of constructed technology ofcolored pavement, the construction process of the hot-mix color pavement mixture is the most important section. we conducted a study of temperature control, operating rules, quality control and quality acceptance of latein all aspects of its construction process, and took the theoretical knowledge into practice to guide test road paving, solving the actual problemcombined with practice, and more enriched the achievements of research about color road construction technologyFinally,making analysis and evaluation to benefitsof colored pavement,such asthe economicbenefits of colored pavement,as a new road construction technology,althoughit has certainly a big upfront investment, but in the pavement life cycle, which can effectively reduce the traffic management fees, user fees and so on,and in the long term the benefit is still very impressive.Besides its advantage lies in its series of social benefits, this is its real value and is the significance of studing color pavement construction technology.
