With the rapid development of science and technology, industrial waste residue was more and more,it was really a feast of piles. Therefore, Large number of research about industrial waste makes waste reuse which not only solved the problems of environmental pollution, but also achieving the purpose of reuse, making due contributions for the development of circular economy.Blast furnace slag and fly ash is one of the large industrial production of waste,therefore scholars both at home and abroad are extremely seriously for its comprehensive utilization.The rate of utilization for blast furnace slag and fly ash is higher to foreign countries,some countries even reached100%,but the comprehensive utilization rate is relatively low in China,mainly used in engineering backfill, roadbed, doping, slag concrete brick, cement mixed material, etc.But as the foundation treatment technology gradually mature, the blast furnace slag as a new environmental protection material application of soft soil foundation treatment, in the world is relatively rare, need to be further research. We’ve been doing blast furnace slag can serve as a kind of environment-friendly materials, applied to the soft soil foundation treatment, the bearing capacity of the foundation has been greatly improved, but also reached the basic purpose of corrosion.Some scholars researched the blast furnace slag and fly ash with the clayey soil applied to the ground improvement,The foundation bearing capacity has been improved greatly, and the settlement realized the effective reduce. In front of the basis of the study, the author in the mixture to adding a certain amount of cement, the use of indoor triaxial compression test, through the analysis and research after processing the bearing capacity of a soil changes (principal stress difference) and deformation characteristics (secant modulus of elasticity) for foundation treatment effect has a direct impact, so the test on different proportion of the sample are not consolidated undrained test, concludes that the moisture content is18%of the cases, different state of the principal stress difference, secant modulus of elasticity E50and shear strength index: cohesive force, internal friction Angle relationship to mix used in viscous soil foundation treatment provide favorable reference.
