With the fast development of the automobile, the yield and the gross of automobiles rise rapidly, the number of the vehicle growing at the same time and the environmental impact has become increasingly serious. Therefore, carry out an effective vehicle disassembly process and to improve the utilization rate has become an important issue of disassembly research.Based on the inland and outland researches on the disassembly technology, in this paper, the structure of the vehicle, disassembly and recycling principle, the influence factors of disassembly process, the generation of disassembly process route and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation are studied widely. This paper presents an optimization generation of vehicle disassembly process route based on Graph Theory Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process. The main research contents include:(1) Analyzing the current situation of vehicle disassembly, the disassembly process optimization model is established. The influence factors of disassembly process, such as economic, environment and resources utilization, are analyzed. The basic principle and concept of disassembly and recycling are analyzed.(2) Based on the quickly generation of the disassembly process of Graph Theory Method, the weighted diagraph model of vehicle disassembly sequence is established, all of the disassembly process routes are generated and sorted.(3) The optimization of disassembly process route based on Analytic Hierarchy Process is established. The multi-objective evaluation of Analytic Hierarchy Process has been used to analyze the impact index of disassembly process route, and to realize the optimization and valuation of disassembly process.In this paper, based on analyzing the disassembly process route, the different disassembly process routes are evaluated based on the influence factor of analytic hierarchy process. The reliable and feasible method is provided for improving the disassembly efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of vehicle.In conclusion, the optimization of disassembly process route is one of the most effective methods to improve the recovery and utilization of disassembly, the environmental impact is also reduced to some extent. The sustainable development strategy of vehicle industry is achieved and the development is become more quickly and stability.
