As an important part in road transport facilities, the bridge plays a critical role in the daily running of traffic. Intact bridge facilities will ensure traffic travel smoothly, while it is also important to protect the quality of traffic operation. Any traffic accident caused by bridge conditions will lead to bad effect on traffic. At present, the main researches in China mainly focused on two aspects: one is the assessment for bridge itself or the monitoring for bridge conditions. The country has many standards in this field; the other is the analysis and evaluation for road traffic running conditions. According to the analysis of traffic flow, we can determine the traffic state. However, the research describes the traffic running conditions from the changes of bridge facilities conditions. While trarric jam is worsening in our country and viaduct bridges are increasing. This paper focuses on the problem researching and establishes the model based on the traditional bridge assessment methods together with the road traffic state. The model is established mainly according to two aspects: one is the veracity of br idge facility status; the other is characteristics of road traffic flow. Through this study, the state of transportation facilities can be judged while certain sections of the bridge are changed. When the normal operation of the transportation is affected, the bridge facilities can be repaired in time, which also provides experience for future bridge construction. The main contents are as follows :1. Considering the road traffic running characteristic, the Analytic Hierarchy Process method is adopted in building model of bridge traffic running conditions impact evaluation. Based on bridge structure and industry standards, selecting the structural information which reflects the effect of bridge condition changes on traffic, this model uses two layers constructions to build analytic hierarchy model.2. To solve the issue of parameter confirmation in bridge traffic running conditions evaluation model, the improved Delphi method should be firstly used in expert scoring of bridge traffic impact evaluation, through which the bridge conditions importance level comparative result will be achieved. Then, combining singular value decomposition method is used in dealing with important data matrix decoupling arithmetic and uniformization, through which bridge traffic impact evaluation model parameter will be obtained. Finally, practical road traffic running data is analyzed, thus the model will reflect the practical conditions of road traffic impact.3. Based on the above theories and arithmetic researches, the model is tested using software simulation; the bridge traffic running conditions impact evaluation is realized using software programming. Then, the software evaluation platform is programmed. Through feasibility analysis and actual data validation, it proves that this system has high reliability and accuracy.
