| In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and its construction industry has been developed greatly,and the demand for energy is also increasing.Meanwhile,due to the improvement of the comfort requirements in public buildings,the building energy consumption also increases.Among them,the HVAC system accounts for the largest proportion in the energy consumption of public buildings.Therefore,the choice of HVAC cold source scheme is a very important decision-making link in the design process,which determines the energy saving and economy of the project,so the reasonable choice of cold and heat source scheme is very important.By analyzing the climate characteristics of Urumqi area,combining with the geographical location of the target building and the surrounding energy structure,this paper puts forward three kinds of combination schemes of air conditioning and heat source for public buildings based on the same HVAC terminal,namely,evaporative cooling refrigeration plus central heating system,high temperature electric refrigeration air conditioning system plus gas boiler heating system,direct burning lithium bromide refrigeration heating system,and selecting the corresponding cold and hot source equipment and ancillary equipment.By calculating various energy consumption of each scheme and converting standard coal consumption and environmental benefit analysis,it is concluded that evaporative cooling refrigeration plus central heating system is the best scheme for energy saving and environmental protection.Through the calculation and comparison of initial investment and annual operating cost,it is concluded that the heating system of high temperature electric refrigeration air conditioning system plus gas boiler is the optimal economic scheme.Then the analytic hierarchy process and value theory are used to analyze the three schemes qualitatively and quantitatively.The optimal scheme under the goal of comprehensive energy saving,environmental protection and economy is evaporative cooling refrigeration and central heating system.After determining the comprehensive optimal scheme,the financial sensitivity factors of the initial investment and the annual operating cost of the optimal scheme are analyzed by single factor and multi factor sensitivity.The results show that the annual operating cost has a great impact on the economy of the project.Finally,this paper reviews the previous research contents,draws conclusions and prospects,and provides a certain decision basis for guiding the design of cold and hot sources of public buildings in Urumqi,which has certain significance. |
