The shaking table test is the hotspot of the seismic testing of structures, which is direct and accurate. The shaking table test can know not only the structure macro-property and failure mechanism under earthquake, but also the weak parts, which is one of the most important means of testing structure property in the lab.The paper shows the research of structure composition, working principle, control method, vibration test. The property of the system can affect the stability, so it is the key to guarantee the stability. The paper concludes three points:(1) The six DOF shaking table has eight actuators, the former six DOF matrix control method which has no uniqueness solutions of actuator drive signals can affect the stability. In order to improve the accuracy of actuators, two torsion DOF control loop are added to the original six DOF control loop.(2) The paper analyses the spectral response under control of PID and TVC with modeling by the dynamic equation. The result by MATLAB shows that the TVC control can increase frequency bandwidth and damping and guarantee the stability.(3) In order to reappear the earthquake waveform of shaking table and vibration environment, it is necessary to apply the iterative learning control theory into it. Concerning the nonlinearity and disturbance, the system adds fuzzy control to the loop, the result shows that the fuzzy iterative control enhances the stability and reappear the waveform effectively.
