Due to the tension screen is mainly used for fine wet material classification and screening,in the original dual vibration excitation,its horizontal and vertical direction has a relative amplitude,which may lead to the material in the screen box edge and corner material accumulation phenomenon,which is not conducive to screening.The results show that the screening effect of multi-degree-of-freedom vibrating screen is better than that of two-degree-of-freedom vibrating screen.Based on this point of view,this paper proposes the design and analysis of the three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen based on the original two-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen.In this paper,based on the theory of TRIZ invention design relaxation sieve transverse vibration device,make relaxation sieve in space has three directions on the degrees of freedom,in order to avoid interference and inertia type vibrator vibrates,the designed lateral vibrator is equivalent with five degrees of freedom of movement of the rigid rod,from institutions on transverse vibration device and screen box can be whole constitute a kind of approximate slider-crank mechanism,transverse excitation device only provides a direction of vibration.The simplified model of three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen is established,and the dynamic model of three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen is established based on the Lagrange equation.According to the corresponding parameters,the stiffness of supporting rubber spring and shear spring were 8.16×105N/m and 1.98×105 N/m.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct multi-rigid body dynamics analysis on the simplified model,and the simulation value was determined to be consistent with the calculated value of the theoretical model.The amplitude of fixed screen frame and floating screen frame in the transverse direction was determined to be 23.8mm and 30.1mm.Static analysis is used to check the key supporting parts of the relaxation screen to avoid the lack of strength in the key parts and also to lay the foundation for modal analysis.By modal analysis,the natural frequency of the three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen is obtained to avoid resonance and the modes that are unfavorable to the operation of the relaxation screen.Harmonic response analysis is to sweep the relaxation screen to show the displacement response at different frequencies.According to the dynamic analysis model of the sieve surface for different vibration types of the sieve,the displacement expression of any point on the sieve surface is obtained.On the basis of multi-rigid body dynamic analysis,to avoid resonance frequency,transient dynamic analysis was carried out on the screen surface of polyurethane to determine the size of the screen surface type variable in the state of two degrees of freedom and three degrees of freedom.A three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen model was designed and tested after mechanical analysis.When the vibration frequency of the vibrating motor is 10.5Hz,the transverse rotation speed is between 270r/min-330r/min,and the eccentricity is between 25mm-30mm,the screening efficiency can be higher.The experimental results show that the screening efficiency of the three-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen is more ideal than that of the traditional two-degree-of-freedom relaxation screen.Figure[57]Table[12]Reference[92]...
