This paper designs the gradation of No-Fines Concrete by combining the maximumtheoretical density gradation curve theory, the theory of particle interference and Baileymethod with elaborating the development and research status of No-Fines Concrete. Theresults showes that under the condition that gravel dosage ratio3:7, aggregates embeddedmore dense with each other, and there is no interference between particles; When the graysand concrete set ratio is between1:6to1:9, the mixture strength is increased with theincrease in the amount of cement and its cement ratio; Moreover, when the grout wrappedgravel surface thickness is between1~1.5mm, and the slurry exhibits a metallic luster withoutflowing, it is considered that the water cement ratio is suitable. The laboratory test ofNo-Fines Concrete gains the effective porosity, strength, coefficient of permeability, andshrinkage of it.Secondly, the paper studied the different treatment measures of no fine concrete aftercracking and its road performance according to the pavement reflection cracking.the use of BISAR software to design the pavement structure with No-Fines Concrete, shows that the thickness of the asphalt surface layer has little effect on the carrying capacityof the pavement structure, and its mainly plays the role of functional layer; which also provesthat the improvement of sand concrete base thickness can reduce the substrate tensile stress; In addition, the article also designed the base temperature stress and minimum drainagethickness of No-Fines Concrete. Finally, The article provides an overview of the construction process and drainage designprocess of No-Fines Concrete base, which indicates that rolling control and maintenance forNo-Fines Concrete base are the key links during the construction, and the paper suggested thatthere is no need to consider paving joints in the process.
