With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization rate and the increase of urban population,solving the housing problem has become an important task in China.The prefabricated concrete structure has the advantages of saving resources,reducing the amount of labor,energy saving and environmental protection,and good quality.The use of fabricated concrete structure is the only way for China's construction mode to go from extensive to intensive.Taking a fabricated frame-shear structure project in Shenzhen as an example,this paper compares the construction cost of fabricated concrete structure with cast-in-place concrete structure,summarizes the advantages of fabricated concrete structure compared with cast-in-place type,and proposes to influence the assembly type.The cost of the concrete structure;secondly,combined with the theoretical analysis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the economic benefits of the fabricated concrete structure,and the importance of the influencing factors of the criterion layer,the target layer and the bottom layer is obtained.Finally,the cost of the fabricated concrete structure is The main influencing factor is the cost of prefabricated components.The break-even point method is used to calculate and analyze the sales volume of prefabricated components.research shows:(1)The construction cost of the prefabricated concrete structure is 42.52%higher than that of the cast-in-place concrete structure,among which the material cost is 89.85%higher,the measure fee is 35.6%higher,and the labor cost is saved 18.24%.(2)The importance of the cost of civil construction for prefabricated concrete structures is material,labor,measures,and machinery;in the third-level indicators,the prefabricated components account for a maximum weight of 33.9%,thus determining that prefabricated components are affecting construction.The most important factor in cost.(3)When the sales volume of prefabricated components reaches 85 605.19m~3,the sales volume of prefabricated components can reach the break-even point,and the selling price of prefabricated components can be reduced from the original 4 420.34 yuan/m~3 to 2 093.63yuan/m~3.Prefabricated concrete structures are more expensive to construct than cast-in-place concrete,mainly in the material cost of prefabricated components,so controlling the construction cost of prefabricated components is the key to reducing the cost of prefabricated construction.When the production scale of the prefabricated component reaches the break-even point,the cost of the prefabricated component can be reduced as the yield increases.If the market demand for prefabricated components can be opened to make scale benefits,the use of fabricated concrete structures will achieve good economic benefits.Although the prefabricated concrete structure in China will be the mainstream trend of construction and development in the future,there are still many problems to be solved in the current stage.Therefore,the development path of the prefabricated building is still far away.
