Vibrating roller is the engineering machinery which is widely applied to vibrating compaction. Many scholars have researched in building the vibratory roller’s dynamical model and vibration reduction technology, they point out that the vibration roller’s system is system with several degrees of freedomBut they didn’t considered that the cab, driver’s chair and the driver could influence the vibrating system. They ignored that the driver’s chair and the driver have particular rigidity and particular damping.This paper establishes the seven degree-of-freedom model for double-drums’vibratory roller and gets the mechanical model of the dynamic differential equation. Model considers the influence of the cab, seats and the pilot for the roller vibration system. According to the theory of knowledge and material, the paper designs the parameters of the vibratory roller andThe result is simulated with the Parameter of avibratory roller. Through five degrees of freedom with the vibration of the vibratory roller model that the curve of the contrast of freedom seven roller model can more accurately the vibration response roller.The model of the seven-degree-of-freedom Vibratory roller can more accurately explain vibration than the model of the five-degree-of-freedom Vibratory roller. Finally, this paper uses the Matlab language to optimize the parameters of the vibration. The article concludes the optimal amplitude and the optimal frequency of the vibratory roller in different working conditions.This paper summarizes the following conclusions:with the compactness of soil increase, the optimal frequency of the vibrary roller increases and the optimal amplitude decreases. It makes people know the amplitude and frequency that influence the performance of the roller.In this paper, the vibration roller cab is installed the double-damping dynamic vibration absorber witch is consisted by two vibration absorbers. The model is analysised with the dynamics and find out the expression of amplitude’s magnification. It obtaines the parameters of the vibration absorbers by the computer programming. It divides the parameters into many intervals, seeks the maximum of the amplitude’s magnification in every interval, selects the minimum in many maximums, the parameters witch are corresponding with the minimum value is the optimal parameter. The nine-degree-of-freedom vibratory roller system witch is contained the vibration absorber established dynamic differential equation. Through the Simulink seeking the driving seat and driver’s vibration curve. It is concluded that the vibratory roller with vibration absorber is better than the vibratory roller with no vibration absorber in damping performance.
