The Vibratory and Oscillation Roller is a kind of new and multi-function press machine which has been developing in this few years. The paper does systematic kinetic analysis which just aims at this new type of press machine, and establishes a multiple-degree mathematics model. On the basis of YZDC14 Vibratory and Oscillation Roller which was made of by xuzhou engineering machine factory and making use of MATLAB software to optimization and simulation, the dynamic response under the various parameters is educed. Through the result of optimization, the paper elicits the best frequency and the best swing of Vibratory and Oscillation Roller under the various conditions, and also educes the conclusion of high frequency flap, low breadth work and low frequency flap, high breadth work with the compaction increase of soil. The conclusion matches with practice going, which has definite reference value on the aspect of the whole machine design and the performance study.
