System Design For Illegal Sidewalk Parking Case Process

With the number of motor vehicles in Xi’an increasing, illegal parking problem hasbecome more serious than ever, and sidewalk illegal parking has been a thorny problemof city management. However, handling them with traditional methods is always tooarbitrary to satisfy the management demands. Therefore, it is of very practicalimportance to build a management system over illegal parking based on networktechnology, database technology and data sharing.The article starts with the back ground and the significant meaning of the projectand current situation of the research on traffic violation system and digital cityadministration system. Based on the survey of the current situation of sidewalk illegalparking and requirements of its management, this article performs overall designincluding the system structure, work flow, system function, data structure, used thedevelopment plan which was composed of the B/S system structure, Java technologyand SQLServer2000database system.The system meets the basic demands of sidewalkparking management and consists of the functions as follow: case creating, casesearching, case processing, user management, report printing and operating logmanagement, it provides a convenient way to process sidewalk parking cases for thecity administration, improves the internal management transparency and efficiency, andunifies the economic and social benefits.
