Research On Roadside Illegal Parking Behaviorpropagation Model Based On SIR

With the rapid development of the social economy,the process of motorization is accelerating and the traffic flow is increasing.The parking problem has gradually become the key and difficult point in the urban traffic system.The rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles is accompanied by the expansion of parking demand.The increase of parking facilities is far less than the growth rate of parking demand.Accordingly,a serious contradiction between the supply and demand of parking is appeared,which leads to the ubiquitous phenomenon of roadside parking and reduces the capacity of road.Therefore,this paper summarizes the causes of roadside illegal parking problems and the impact on road traffic,studies the law of roadside illegal parking,predicts the parking phenomenon of drivers,introduces the objective laws of its spread and diffusion,and put forward targeted recommendations.These are important theoretical and practical values for alleviating traffic congestion and improving the traffic environment.First of all,the paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of roadside illegal parking behaviors and the impact of illegal parking on traffic flow.The characteristics of roadside parking behavior are expounded from two aspects:time characteristics and spatial characteristics.The effects of roadside parking on motor vehicle flow,non motor vehicle flow,mixed traffic flow and traffic flow at intersection are respectively discussed.In addition,the structure model of the influencing factors of parking behavior by roadside illegal parking is created,and the influence degree of various factors on the violation behavior is analyzed.Secondly,it expounds the propagation mechanism of roadside illegal parking behavior,and studies the three stages of the aggregation period,continuation period and elimination period.Through the analysis of the similarity between the SIR model and the communication process of roadside illegal parking,the propagation model of roadside illegal parking behavior is established,and the parameter variation method is used to explain the spread of the change of the parameters.so as to explore the propagation rule of illegal parking behavior.Finally,we choose the road near the Dalian Children’s Palace as the research object to collect data,and simulate the model and measured data with the help of Matlab program.The results show that the model can express the basic illegal parking process,grasp the law of parking,and verify the correctness of the model.According to the initial stage,the gathering stage and the dissipating stage,it puts forward some suggestions for improvement,which has great significance to the management measures of roadside illegal parking behavior in the future.
