In order to develop a new generation of domestic milk machine with superfine beandregs. Based on soybean milk machine of Joyoung and Midea, the novel structures wereproposed in this study, and their feasibility were also analyzed by numerical simulation offlow field.In order to improve the grinding efficiency, three new double blades models weredesigned and their feasibility were analyzed through the flow field analysis software.Theresults of simulation showed that soybean milk machine in scheme two has better cycle ofgrinding because of material forming a good circulation inside and outside of the net cover,resulting in a second cutting in one cycle. Thus, the grinding efficiency can be greatlyimproved.In order to get better emulsification effect, a new type machine program was designedwith stator and rotor structure. After grinded by blade, the material then enter the area ofstator and rotor in this combined type soybean milk machine, Therefore, it can bring bettercycle crushing effect.At last, the Media latest machine with the blade programs, angle, eccentric, spoilertendons, rotation rate were improved to make its crushing more efficiency.The different flow field formed by different blade in no net soybean milk machine andthe circulation condition of material in net-soybean milk machine were analyzed throughexperimental. In order to study the effect of different flow field influence on the crushingeffect, the bean-broken experiments were done with soybean milk machines with differentstructure, and then the particle size of the soybean dregs were detected by laser particle sizeanalyzer, then the crushing effects were evaluated. From the experiment results it can be seenthat the incision in lower surface in no net soybean milk machine have the best effect by usingthe blade; the drainability is stronger and the net cover which water pass through easier innet-soybean milk machine will have the better cycle crushing effect by using the blade. Thosewill play a guiding role on design and improvement of the structure of net-soybean milkmachine. The blade which is bent downwards and incision in upper surface can be used insoybean milk machine with the double function when it is with or without net. Moreover,experiment results validate the part of the flow field analysis.The typical household soybean milk machine were analyzed and improved on the basisof the numerical simulation and experiments, It will bring new technology to industry ofdomestic soybean milk machine, and provide theory for its update.
