The study on ultra-fine grinding device of new commercial soybean milk machine of thispaper for solving the problem of slurry separation in soybean processing and improving thequality of soy products and overall level of soybean milk machine industry is of largersignificance. The paper firstly studied the crushing mechanism of different wet grindingequipments, did grinding experiments on soybean with existing wet grinding equipments andanalyzed the grinding effect and the characteristics of the slurry; Researched effectivecrushing ways of soybean fiber and the structure of existing commercial soybean milkmachine, according to the research results, studied and desighed the ultra-fine grinding deviceof new commercial soybean milk machine; Using FLUENT fluid analysis software tosimulate internal velocity field, pressure field and shearing rate field of ultra-fine grindingdevice, simulated the flow field of different models with different static blade circle apertureangle, compared the maximum speed, maximum stress, maximum shearing rate between theimpeller and the static blade circle; Optimized the parameter of ultra-fine grinding device;Finally, verified the crushing effect of ultra-fine grinding device, analyzed the better grindingproportion of soybean and water, through the contrast test and single factor experiments.1. Studied crushing mechanism of different wet grinding equipments, analyzed thecrushing effect, temperature rising, crushing energy consumption and the slurry characteristicsof different equipments with comparison.2. Studied effective crushing fracture ways of soybean fiber, effective crushing way ofsoybean and the structure of existing commercial soybean milk machine. On this basis, theultra-fine grinding device was designed, and explored preliminarily the system of newcommercial soybean milk machine.3. Established the three-dimensional model, analyzed the flow field of ultra-fine grindingequipment, and obtained the distribution of stress field, velocity field and shearing field in thecrushing cavity. The flow field of five kinds of static cutting circle with different apertureangle was analyzed.4. According to the flow field condition of five kinds of aperture angle, increased anothertwo models for confirmatory analysis, compared the simulation results to determine the betterangle, and the better is2°.5. The grinding effect of new ultra-fine grinding device was better than that of JIUYANGcommercial soybean milk machine, through contrast test. The analysis of single factorexperiment obtained that the grinding effect is better when the ratio is1:5.This research of this paper provides new ideas for the research and development ofgrinding device of commercial soybean milk machine. Research data and conclusion providesthe reference for the development of grinding technology of commercial soybean milkmachine.
