It really has certain guiding function to the optimizing structureparameters of household soy milk maker.The three-dimensional simplified model of soy milk maker is established by using thesolidworks software. Based on the MRF model, the control equation of rotational flow field isestablished. The standard k-ε turbulence model is chosen,in order to get the solution of theequations. The initial conditions of the model are determined, we can simulate the flow field,so as to obtain the rules of the fluid in cavity.Based on the structure of the blade and the rib, the orthogonal experiments and singlefactor experiments are designed. The indexes that can reflect the dynamic characteristic ofturbulence are choiced. By using FLUENT software to simulate the flow field, we get theoptimum combination structure. By studying of the different rotating speed, we discoveredthat the parameters increased corresponding to the motor speed. Considering the influence ofspeed increase on the blade strength, durability, power, electrical noise and other factors, asuitable speed is selected.A household soy milk maker with plastic cavity is selected for the pulping experiment. Itcan prove the reliability of numerical simulation by comparing soy milk’s particle diameter ofdifferent structure of the blades and ribs. Numerical simulation method really has the certaininstruction function to the enterprise technology improvement. |
