Analysis And Design Of Combining Function For Easy Cleaning Household Soymilk Tool And Cavity Structure

The household soybean milk machine has a large proportion in in the kitchen small home appliance and it is very suitable for family use.Soybean milk has strongadhesion.If you don't timely cleaning after the use of soybean milk machine, bean dregs will get metamorphic and moldy, which can affect the health of the user. In order to improve the household soybean milk machine easy cleaning performance,this paper studied the effect of soybean milk machine structure parameters and performance parameters through the analysis of the household soybean milk machine pulping structure and optimizing of pulping flow field. In this paper, I will put forward the new household soybean milk machine with turbulence structure design. The soybean milk machine have easy cleaning performance and pulping performance, which will provide a new way of thinking for the design of the soybean milk machine.Throughthe feasibility experiment analysis about the household soybean milk machine automatic cleaning function,this paper found the main structure factors influencing the easy cleaning performance of soybean milk machine. Using numerical simulation and orthogonal test method, the paper got the law about the household soybean milk machine structural parameters of pulping and pulping performance. This will provide the basis for the structural design of the soybean milk machine easy to clean.In the paper, I designed with a folding plate net household soybean milk machine. The folding plate net has three uniform Angle of the folded plate and the design of open mode will improve the easy cleaning performance of soybean milk machine.Using computational fluid dynamic and the soybean milk machine pulping flow field numerical simulation analysis, this paper has optimized composite structure design parameters of soybean milk machine with thefolding plate net, in order to guarantee the soybean milk machine had good pulping performance at the same time realizing the purpose of the excellent easy cleaning performance.By the sievingmethod, I did the experiment for crushing effect and pulping performance about soybean milk machine with a folding plate net. Under the same environment, materials and other factors, compared with soybean milk machine with beam net and so on, this paper had verified pulpingeffect of household soybean milk machinethe foldingplate net.
