Medium voltage distribution network shoulders the responsibility of supply power to users, and has the characteristics of complex structure, the data quantity, after during the period of "11th five-year plan" of urban distribution network vigorously investment and construction, city deqing area power network scale, network frame structure, power supply capacity and the operation indexes, were improved and optimized, but with the increase for area load, load density levels of growth, for the user to further improve power supply reliability requirements, at the same time, the state grid company work related to urban distribution network construction and operation of the inspection to also stepped up, sorting out problems existing in the status quo of the power grid, scientifically to evaluate the status quo of the ability of power supply, determine priorities in the future urban distribution network construction, build a strong urban distribution network is very urgent and necessary.Based on the above studies, the medium voltage distribution network power supply capability evaluation index system and evaluation method. First of all, this paper expounds the distribution network power supply capability evaluation method theory; Second, accord with the characteristics of medium voltage distribution network is studied in comprehensive evaluation index system and grading of10kv line evaluation system, discussed the configuration method of evaluation system, index of the scoring criteria and weights, proposed the distribution network project evaluation index system and the project priority selection method, and finally evaluate the deqing and10kv distribution network line, analyses the problems existing in the distribution network and the weak links and puts forward improving measures.What’s more,this paper will establish a system of evaluation system, namely to objective evaluation of status quo of the power grid, more hope by measuring a single line to find specific problems of power grid, the health level of the status quo power grid construction and transformation plays a guiding role, science to determine the distribution network priority projects at the same time, improve the efficiency and benefit of power grid investment.Examples prove that the proposed distribution network power supply capability evaluation system and10kv line classification evaluation system to capture elements of influence power grid characteristics, accurate to find network problems and weak links, effectively improve power grid planning, power grid construction efficiency and benefits.
