Since entering the 21st century,with the high development of social economy,the continuous improvement of residents' life,and the increasing demand for electric energy in all walks of life,electric energy has become a necessity for social development and residents' life.In order to protect the ecological environment,the state has vigorously developed clean energy and put forward the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization".How to efficiently build a strong smart grid,continuously improve power supply reliability and quality,and achieve customer satisfaction has become a major problem faced by power enterprises.The key to solving all problems lies in promoting the implementation of power transmission and transformation projects at high speed,new power distribution points and new transmission lines.The construction of power transmission and transformation projects is more complex than construction projects.The long-distance transmission lines,a large number of professional construction personnel,extremely high safety risks and difficult construction environment all affect the implementation of power transmission and transformation projects.Therefore,the project management of power transmission and transformation projects should be put on the agenda,so as to better improve the key issues of people's livelihood.Taking the H Project of SD Company as the research object and various factors affecting the progress control of power transmission and transformation project as the foothold,this thesis analyzes the deficiencies of H Project in project management,finds out the key factors,and finally provides feasible progress management measures and suggestions,so as to help enterprises improve benefits.Firstly,the basic theory of project management is described.On this basis,the current situation of H project management is analyzed,and the existing problems are found.It is found that the progress management is lack of scientific,quality management is lack of rigor,economic management is lack of standardization,safety management is lack of rationality,information management is lack of timeliness,etc.Then,the influencing factors are analyzed and the evaluation index system of influencing factors is established.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the project management evaluation of H project is studied.It is concluded that the project management evaluation grade of H project is medium,which is mainly affected by progress,quality and cost management,Finally,according to the evaluation conclusion,this thesis puts forward targeted Optimization Countermeasures for the project management of H Project.Through the evaluation and analysis of H project management,this thesis can provide some reference for the related research of similar power projects.
