The post evaluation of the project is to analyze the objective system of the planning objectives,benefits,implementation process,effects and functions.After the distribution network investment project evaluation as the distribution network investment project cycle of the last link,for the project management is indispensable.Through a comprehensive evaluation of the project,and do a good job of reflection,it is able to achieve the accumulation of experience,learn the purpose of the lesson.Therefore,this paper analyzes the H City 2012 annual distribution network investment project evaluation,to the future of the distribution network investment projects have a certain reference value.In this paper,the H 2012 annual distribution network investment project evaluation,is divided into five chapters,as follows:First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance,analysis of domestic and international literature review,research content and research methods,as well as China's investment projects in the distribution network after the existing problems.Then,this paper introduces the common methods of post evaluation,and explains the data source of the post evaluation and the post evaluation method to establish the corresponding index system.Then,the corresponding index system is established,and the weight and evaluation standard are defined.Subsequently,the use of the establishment of evaluation methods and evaluation system from after the implementation of the process evaluation and effect evaluation and the economic benefit of investment evaluation of three aspects,in H city 2012 distribution network investment projects,respectively,to make the evaluation and analysis.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project of H city 2012 distribution network,and draw the conclusion,the existing problems and the corresponding suggestions.The article makes a comprehensive post-evaluation for the distribution network in 2012 of H city.The result of weighted is 82,has reached the A level,according to the successful of five criteria.It suggests that the investment in 2012 has achieved the expected goal and come out postive influence to regional economy.
