Research Of Electric Power Load Management System Based On Target Management

Electric power market in China has a rapid development in recent years, demand side management is turning into the biggest challenge of electric power enterprise. The electric power can be controlled reasonable which can improve load curve, make the utilization more reliable, prevent to switch out power and avoid to affect life. Electric power load management system as a new way for load control which can ensure power supply and improve power efficent.The wide application of load control system is the electric power enterprise automation technology development trend of power load management system for the electric power enterprise’s production and operation, the state of energy saving and emission reduction has very important meaning.In this paper, the function, structure and working process are analyzed first, and the main problems in system are also mentioned. Then the introduction of management by objectives theory is carried out, this paper puts forward the goal management theory applied in electric power load management system in construction and operation, through the user of electric power load characteristic and the function of the existing system target classification.Target management theory, as a kind of management theory, has been widely used in various types of enterprise performance evaluation, personnel assessment, in this paper first put forward application in the power load management system in construction and operation.can make the load management system in construction and operation process of the more in line with the user demand, more satisfy the business enterprise development trend, and finally to the country’s energy consumption and social economic development to provide strong support.At the end of the paper, electric power load management system in Shanghai is analyzed as an example, the resources utilization, communication function, data fusion, customer service, and other aspects of target performance analysis, and found that the construction and operation of the successful experience and the existing problems, and finally summed up with the power of the target user load management system construction and operation mode, in order to promote the sustainable development of load management system to provide effective way.
