China's power industry information technology is developing rapidly at present.Most of the substation has established an information management system for the actual situation of the station,which largely replaces the traditional manual recording,manual processing,and daily monitoring work;but these systems are designed by themselves.And developed,structurally independent,difficult to interact with other substation systems.Therefore,it is necessary to plan and design an information management system in accordance with the standard system issued by the national power department to facilitate interaction between various substation departments.In order to solve the shortcomings at this stage,this project designed an efficient substation technical service project management system.Firstly,the actual situation of the substation and the development status at home and abroad are analyzed,the corresponding functional modules are designed,and then the various technologies and system architectures used in the development are analyzed,including database technology and J2 EE technology.According to the standards promulgated by the national electric power department,the functions of the system are designed and implemented in detail,including three aspects: system function module,system database module and system security.Finally,detailed functional test cases are prepared to test and verify the system.The management system designed by this project can inter operate with other engineering project management systems in the substation to avoid the information island phenomenon in the design management system.It can detail the project management data of all engineering projects in the substation at each stage.Statistics and analysis,as well as data mining of all engineering project management data information stored internally,and obtain some data that is convenient for internal compliance inspection and effective for making project decisions.The substation technical service project management system has been successfully put into operation,and has been well received by regional power employees.
