Sneak circuit phenomenon is existed universally in electrical and electronic systems, andit have serious affect on systems, such as, restraining desired function or arousing unexpectedfunction, reducing security and reliability of systems. Power electronic systems is one ofelectrical systems, its switching element make it to be nonlinear circuit, and increasing thedifficulty of sneak circuit analysis, analysis method for power electronic systems must beresearched. Some sneak circuit analysis methods have be put forward, such as, method basedon generalized connection matrix, adjacency matrix, and Boolean matrix, the first twomethod analyzing sneak path, and the latest analyzing sneak operational modal. In this paper,putting forward method of sneak operational modal analysis, and using Cuk, Zeta and Sepicconverters to test and verify.The main achievement abtained in this paper as follows:1. Analyzing development background and the research significance of sneak circuitphenomenon.2. According to characteristic of power electronic systems, putting forward a method ofmesh combinational, analyzing sneak operational modal and sneak operational mode, thismethod simplify the analysis of sneak circuit.3. Using the method of sneak operational modals and sneak operational modes analysisto analyze sneak circuit phenomenon of three kinds of high level DC-DC converters, andanalyzing the mechanism of sneak circuit phenomenon in each converters.4. Building experimental circuit, experiment results prove the effectiveness of themethod of mesh combinational, and the correctness of mechanism analysis of each sneakcircuit phenomenon.5. According to sneak circuit analysis of high level DC-DC converters, summarizing theaffect of sneak circuit on converters, including the following aspects: output characteristic,switch stress, switching loss of switches, and using sneak circuit phenomenon to realize PFC.
