A failure of the American Red Rock Rocket led to a recognition of the sneak circuit and hazards in large complex systems at the end of 1950 s.Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,functions of mechanical and electrical products are gradually enhanced as well as the level of intelligence.Therefore,the existence of sneak circuit is of growing concern.Given that the problem of Sneak Circuit Analysis Technology which is of low efficiency and narrow application.Based on the sneak circuit identified by the existing sneak circuit analysis method,the idea of risk management for all identified sneak circuit is proposed.In this paper,Markov stochastic process and state transition equation are applied,RAC risk assessment method and System Safety theory are used,the possibility and severity of sneak circuit are taken into account.Then the sneak circuit is managed hierarchically according to the nature of risk which has been assessed scientifically and objectively.This kind of management can make users grasp the main scientific contradictions,and also make the personalized improvement project can be supplied,which combined the different safety requirements of products and the enterprise's acceptable level of risk.Therefore,the Sneak Circuit Analysis method has been simplified and could seize the main contradiction is more suitable for mechanical and electrical products,and also needed to carry out the phenomenon of Sneak Circuit Analysis of the product.In the design stage of the mechanical and electrical products,identifying sneak circuit and carrying on the risk management has great significance.First of all,the problem can be found and solved in the early stages of the product life cycle,it can not only save cost and time,but also build principles for the design of the mechanical and electrical products.Therefore,the safety of the products could be essentially improved.Secondly,the knowledge of incentives of sneak circuit can guide us to design testing scheme of mechanical and electronic products more effectively.At the same time,analysis of sneak circuit has great reference value for the underwriting and claims process of insurance of product liability,andcould provide reference for the formulation of safety standards of mechanical and electrical products.Finally,a car has been taken as an example to analyze and verify the method described in this paper,and prove the application value of this paper.
