Development And Application Of Distribution Network Of Qionglai GIS Integrated Information System

During recent years, the construction of electric power and electric power has beenimproved significantly. SichuanQionglai Power Supply Co., Ltd. faces severe pressures from management, deploymentand economic operation of power distribution network. In order to change themanagement mode of electric network resource, conduct the visual management ofimage and conduct space analysis. In light of geographical information GIS technology,develop a GIS integrated information system for power distribution network, so as toprovide new technological means for electric network resource management.The paper, in light of actual application needs of Qionglai City, has conductedin-depth research on the key technology and difficult points of development of GISsystem, adopted C/S+B/S composite structure, and completed the development of GISintegrated information system based on Qionglai power distribution network. C/S modemainly develops automatic generation of image and maintenance of data, and utilizesMapInfo Professional for research and development. B/S mode develops image issuanceof distribution line, and mainly utilizes MapInfo MapXtreme for research anddevelopment. Integrate the GIS and GPS satellite positioning technologies, so as torealize the complete automatic generation of image of distribution line. Moreover, thepaper also has conducted actual test and operation on the main functions of GISinformation system of power distribution network developed, including the specificapplication of the establishment, map operation, space data inquiry statistics, etc. in theequipment fundamental information database of Qionglai power distribution network(space information, current account information). The research work has promotedQionglai’s knowledge base of power distribution network and realized image visualmanagement of power distribution network, thus providing the power supply companywith advanced management methods.
