| Existing remote monitoring systems of vehicle are better than before, but still cannot meet the requirements of various engineering vehicles. The monitoring system ofengineering vehicle need to be improved. Especially, it requires monitoring somespecial amount, such as fuel consumption, device posture, electric energy of mobilepower station, load of pipelayer and so on.A remote monitoring system of engineering vehicle is discussed in this dissertation,which focuses on remote monitoring mobile power station and pipelayer on theplatform of MSP430F5438. The main contents are as follows:1. The characteristics and development of the remote monitoring system ofengineering vehicles are researched in this dissertation. Then, the basic requirements forthe design of the remote monitoring system are described.2. In accordance with the requirements, the hardware function and softwareprogram of the RTU are designed, including real-time remote monitoring the oil level,water temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, vehicle speed, inclination, GPSpositioning, alarm information and so on.3. To monitor fuel consumption, three methods that are oil level,time estimationand flowmeter are designed in this dissertation, which focuses on the flowmetermonitoring method.4. The stability and reliability of the remote monitoring system are discussed,including the processing of RTU’s safety, signal acquisition and getting data.5. In the end of this dissertation, the test report of the remote monitoring system isgiven. The report shows that the remote monitoring system can achieve remotemonitoring mobile power station and pipelayer.Now, the remote monitoring system has been on the trial in some oil constructionsites, including Sichuan, Yunnan, Jiangxi and so on. |
