The main goal of the project management system of the distribution network to achieve standardized management of information resource sharing of power grid construction projects as well as the distribution network engineering and implementation of information management for the whole process of power grid construction projects, providing a powerful guarantee for the successful implementation of the distribution network, in order to effectively improve with network project management level.Most of this stage put into production use with network engineering management system features a simple, single interface mode, the system accuracy, flexibility and fault processing are to be improved, and can not meet the requirements of this stage of China’s power grid companies. Therefore, it is an urgent need to build a project management system suitable for using by the State Grid Corporation of distribution network. This article is based on the response to the call of the State Grid Corporation of electronic information management of the distribution network project designed to achieve. Allows users to be more efficient, standardize the management of the distribution network projects. The main work of the thesis:First of all, the distribution network project management system needs analysis, the main problems of the existing system, to understand the needs of the users of the system, including the basic functions of the system and system requirements point analysis.Secondly, the introduction about the choice of technical solutions of the system, including the introduction of the B/S, OSGi and JSF using in the system..Thirdly, a detailed description about the design of the system, including the design of the system, function module design of the system and database design.
