| Along with the development of Nanchang economic and urbanization, Nanchang’s motor vehicle growing at an alarming rate, Nanchang traffic faces huge pressure. Practice shows that build the subway can effectively relieve urban traffic congestion and improve the city traffic problem.But during subway construction will be filled and closed road resources, will reduce road traffic capacity. The domestic and foreign experience shows that construction of subway in big cities is the urban traffic dark period. Therefore, this paper puts forward reasonable traffic organization during subway construction, can effective evacuation traffic flow, has great significance on the improvement of the urban traffic.This paper as Nanchang city metro line1an example, first analyzes the environment during the Nanchang rail transit construction, mainly includes the management environment, road facilities and land environment analysis. Then detailed elaboration the traffic demand of the Nanchang rail transit construction; From the site, road, area three aspects analyze the traffic organization during subway construction. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward traffic organization optimization scheme during the Nanchang city metro line1construction.(1) The traffic microcirculation optimization. This paper select Nanchang old city district as the microcirculation area, to minimize arterial road average saturation branch road average saturation, set up bi-level programming model, using genetic algorithm, put forward the optimized one-way and two-way road plan, optimize the traffic.(2) Bus rapid transit route optimization. This article through the analysis of Nanchang public transportation status quo between five group, found the accessibility between group and group is poor, suggest opening up bus rapid transit lines between the group, saving travel time, reducing the old city central district traffic pressure. |
