Regional Intensive Use Of Construction Land Status Evaluation And System Establishment

Large population in our country, we need to protect arable land, to provide enough food. With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the demand for construction land is increasing, under the pressure of limited land resources, the need to walk in the path of saving and intensive land use.Evaluation of regional intensive construction land use, constantly improve the efficiency of region, conducive to the rational utilization of regional land resources optimum allocation and promote the development of region from outward extension to outward expansion and combination of tapping potential into, insist on the sustainable development to strengthen the country.Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of intensive construction land use and regional concept, then the relevant theories of intensive construction land use are expounded, to provide a theoretical basis for intensive construction land use evaluation.Secondly, based on the theory study, decided to adopt the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of regional construction land intensive utilization for research, taking wenshan in yunnan province as an example for empirical analysis. The evaluation results show that, in recent four years Wenshan construction land intensive use degree shows a rising trend. By comparing the intensive utilization of various cities and counties in2010, the construction land intensive use degree is classified as four grades, and concludes that most of the cities and counties in low degree of intensive construction land use and the level of intensive utilization with the region’s economic strength.Finally, On the basis of intensive use of evaluation results, predicts the potential of intensive construction land use of Wenshan and a combination of GIS and other related techniques, Using C#development language written in Microsoft Visual Studio2010development platform system for the evaluation of intensive construction land use, discusses the ways of intensive construction land use.Evaluation of intensive construction land use will be for the economic development of Wenshan and provides the reference for the combination of construction land use, and can provide a reference for other regions on the intensive construction land use and scientific basis for land planning...
