Study On Establishment Of Evaluation System For Intensive Use Of Rural Land In Suburbs

At present,the intensive use of land has become a hot topic that the government and scholars attach great importance to.As an important area to promote the scientific flow of elements between urban and rural areas,suburban villages play an important role in the intensive use of land.With the rapid progress of urbanization and industrialization in China,suburban villages have gradually exposed a series of problems of extensive land use,such as multi-family houses,hollow villages,excessive land area of residential land,which is not conducive to intensive land use.Under the background of tense man-land relationship and outstanding contradiction between land supply and demand,how to solve the problem of waste and extensive use of land resources in suburban villages,how to make intensive use of suburban villages,and how to improve the efficiency of land use.In this paper,the evaluation system of intensive use of rural land in suburbs is constructed through the selection and weight determination of indicators by analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current research status and problems of intensive use of rural land in suburbs.Then through the analysis and analysis of the relevant theories,it is found that the existing research on the intensive use of rural land in the suburbs is insufficient,so the evaluation system for the intensive use of rural land in the suburbs is proposed.Then,in the excavation of the characteristics of intensive use of rural land in suburbs,it can be divided into three aspects: land use structure,land use intensity and sustainable use of land,which provides the basis for the later construction of the evaluation system of land use structure,land use intensity and sustainable use of land.Secondly,the evaluation system of intensive use of rural land in suburbs is constructed by analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,the three-level evaluation system of "target-criterion-index" is constructed on the whole,which covers three modules and 15 evaluation indicators of land use structure-land use intensity-land sustainable use.The nature and meaning of the evaluation index are explained to support the usability of the evaluation system.Finally,the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to select Pingtou Village,Yongan Town,Changsha City,as the object of empirical evaluation,which verifies the actual use effect of the evaluation system constructed above.The evaluation includes the intensive degree of land use structure,land use intensity and sustainable land use,as well as the comprehensive intensive land use.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation results.It is hoped that on this basis,it will provide reference for the study of intensive use of rural land in other suburbs.
