Based On Multi-level Grey Evaluation Method Study On Bid Evaluation Method Of Laos Construction Project

In recent years,the bidding work has realized the efficient completion of engineering construction projects,and given full play to the competitive role of the market mechanism.In the project bidding activities,the evaluation is the most critical link.Whether the construction of the evaluation system is applicable,whether the selection of the evaluation method is scientific,and whether the specific evaluation process setting is reasonable should be studied and discussed in depth.In the bidding of construction projects,only through the open,fair,just and reasonable evaluation can we effectively protect the interests of all parties and the quality of construction.At present,Laos market economy and various construction laws and regulations have been continuously developed,but there are still many problems in the current bid evaluation methods,such as the influence of human factors in the process of bid evaluation is too large and the bid evaluation index can not fully reflect the characteristics of the project.In this paper,the author adopts the multi-level gray evaluation method,using the advantages of the mutual transformation between qualitative and quantitative evaluation information of various levels of gray,which can avoid the error of evaluation results,and is scientific and feasible in practical projects.This paper starts with the theory of bid evaluation of construction projects,points out the problems in the current bid evaluation by analyzing the current situation of bid evaluation of Laos construction projects.On the basis of a large number of literature research,this paper introduces the bidding methods of construction projects,the related concepts,principles and procedures of bid evaluation and bid evaluation methods,summarizes the basic types of bid evaluation methods in Laos,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current project bid evaluation methods.Through literature research and expert investigation,the evaluation index system of Laos construction project is established.On this basis,the multi-level grey evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of Laos construction project.Firstly,the basic principle and main steps of grey theory evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are introduced in detail.Then,the qualitative and quantitative indexes in the project index system are processed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of the project index is determined.The grey theory evaluation method is introduced.According to the index weight determined above,the grey evaluation results are obtained The characteristics of Cheng project integrate AHP and grey theory evaluation method.Finally,through a case study of a real project bidding in Laos,the paper analyzes and proves the scientificity,rationality and practicability of the bid evaluationmodel system.The multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is practical and scientific,and can provide reference for the decision-makers of Laos construction project evaluation.
