| With the development of society,the skyrocketing population and the rapid development of urbanization have led to much problems,such as the population is over-concentrated,the demand for urban space is soaring,and the contradiction between people and land is becoming more intense.Urban land resources are becoming increasingly scarce,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,noise pollution and other "urban diseases" have seriously intruded upon people’s normal lives,and the quality of life of residents has risen instead of falling.The development and utilization of underground space is a very effective way to realize the continued expansion of the city and to accommodate the influx of people into the city.The development of underground space is limited by various factors such as technology,economy,law,and geology,which indicates that underground space development has many difficulties,such as difficulty in construction,and reconstruction,compared with ground construction.Once blindly and disorderly developed,it is easy to cause Waste of resources and funds.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current level of intensive utilization of urban underground space and its development potential,which will help the rational allocation of resources and improve the utilization efficiency of underground space resources.In this paper,through a large number of literature review,based on the relevant theories of underground space development and utilization,the level of intensive utilization and the size of development potential in urban underground space are studied.The specific work is as follows:(1)Summarize the theoretical concepts related to underground space and the current status of theoretical research at home and abroad.From the aspects of underground space utilization intensity,underground space load intensity,underground space safety intensity,and underground space influence intensity,construct an evaluation index system of urban underground space intensive use.Weighted comprehensive analysis model was used to current appraise and planning appraise the intensive use of underground space in Shapingba transportation hub area.The results show that the level of intensive use of underground space is low,and there is great potential for excavation through planning,and policy recommendations are given.(2)The extension evaluation method was used to investigate the potential of the development of underground space in the Shapingba comprehensive transportation hub area,and quantitatively describe the size of development potential,The results show that the area has great potential for development in the future with continuous improvement of economic and technological conditions.Qualitative analysis of the influence of the underground space development of the comprehensive transportation hub on the Shapingba commercial circle.(3)The underground garage density is used as an indicator to measure the level of intensive use of underground space,The BP neural network model is used to simulate the intensive utilization level of urban underground space development in the 9 districts of the main city.(4)Based on the secondary development capabilities of ArcGIS Engine,an evaluation system for intensive utilization of underground space is constructed.This system can quickly evaluate the level of intensive use of underground space and have common spatial analysis functions. |
