| With the increasing market demand for the electronic products such as smart phone, tablets, it not only brings great development space for the capacity touch panel production enterprises, it also makes the competition between the capacity touch panel production enterprises become much more fierce. At the same time, because the price of related electronic product is falling, the capacity touch panel products also faces this pressure in prices. These enterprises have to meet the requirements of changes of capacity touch panel market, keep their competitiveness, and strive for more production orders. Under present production conditions, how to improve the production efficiency, reduce production costs, ensure product quality, and finish the product delivery, has become more and more important for production enterprises.In this thesis, it uses the last production process of capacity touch panel production line in V company as the research object, aims to improve the line balance rate and capacity. First of all, it analyzes the problems which exist before improving production line from three aspects:production, personnel and raw materials, and then it collects some data related to the state of production line before and after the improvement through methods of IE work measurement. And then it uses eM_Plant simulation software to make model of the production line without improvement and simulate the production process in order to find out the bottleneck process. At the same time, according to the new capacity target, it calculates the target takt time of production line, and uses the research of IE method and the related theory of production line balancing to improve the operation mode’s of these three processes:the production line to stick is1:1film, overlying water film on the back and stick tear hand. It also analyzes the sources of personnel and raw material and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. It then uses eM_Plant simulation software to make model of the production line with improvement.At last it compares these simulation data and confirms the effect of improvement.After improvement, the takt time of operation process becomes lower than the new line takt time, which meets the demand of the company’s production orders, and narrows the difference of the beats between each working procedure in the production line. And the balance rate of production line increases by11.88percentage, the daily capacity increases by6200pcs (film), the number of daily direct homework personnel decreases by six, and saves money about RMB3800per day directly. According to the statistics of the quality assurance department, the comprehensive product yield of the last production process of capacity touch panel production line is90.23percentage, after improvement, the comprehensive production line product yield is91.20percentage, so the product yield has increased by0.97percentage. More importantly, with indirect improvement of management in the sources of personnel, raw materials and so on, it maintains the stability of the production line, and increases staff’s enthusiasm for improvement, and has great influence on the following improvements and the sustainable development of company. |
