With urban development and industrial structure adjustment, a large number of industrial buildings due to loss of production function to be idle. Past,"one of demolition" approach resulting in a waste of resources, but also conducive to economic and social problems. Developed countries in Europe, industrial plant construction waste has been recycled through the landscape activation of the early stages of exploration and practice, and to reach maturity. For my country, it is just entering a spontaneous rise to conscious process, in general, there are still insufficient, mainly in the lack of historical context and human factors echo; lack of urban environmental awareness and sustainable development; renovation and re-use a small range; lack of appropriate management practices and the public participation. This paper is the main city in large numbers of used industrial plants, landscape revitalization and regeneration is to make the "new" and "old" transformation of the relationship between this contradiction, prompting the "old" to "new" change, this change was not on the original there is a simple reply plant construction history or supplement, but in the new stage and a higher level of development. Research purpose is through the transformation of industrial plants and waste recycling status quo systematic analysis of theory and practice, trying to find out the old plant in Kunming adaptation and sustainable development of waste industrial plant landscape pathway activation and regeneration. Shanghai, as China’s largest industrial base in modern times, there are plenty of existing industrial plant waste, including waste in Suzhou industrial plants along the river hidden entities use value, historical value and factory environment landscape values such it has a unique design concept and aesthetic values, located in Suzhou No.50Moganshan riparian landscape activation and regeneration for Kunming Jinding1919has a good reference.This article focuses on analysis and elaboration of domestic waste industrial plant development and reuse of historical development, domestic and international design practice and theoretical research in which gaps and deficiencies. And in the case of the development of M50as an object, to combine specific case and field research, industrial plant for waste-related design factors, the type characteristics, design approach, and the economic, political, cultural, social class and other aspects of interaction relations and other aspects of systematic research and analysis, Kunming Jinding1919related design provides reference and guidance, and then Jinding1919on the transformation of waste industrial plants to explore and analyze.Results of the study show that the transformation of waste and reuse of industrial plants is a multidisciplinary, multi-field complex systems engineering, with particular emphasis on:(1) waste industrial plant landscape activation and regeneration need to build on the concept of sustainable development, eco-the importance of awareness and protection of the building on the basis of in-depth understanding.(2) activation and regeneration of the landscape with the revival of old industrial areas linked.(3) activation and regeneration of the landscape with the integration of environmental landscape combined with the update, eliminate waste decaying industrial plant adverse impact on the environment.(4) establish and perfect the renovation and re-use policies mechanism, give full play to the government, the public and active role in the market.(5) to pay attention to the project of intensive research and analysis, the overall balance of various factors, propose creative transformation program.
