In railway transportation,the loading and consolidation of goods is a very complicated work.When formulating the loading and consolidation scheme,the staff members should strictly abide by the principles and requirements of the "Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Scheme"(hereinafter referred to as the " Reinforcement Scheme")and "Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Rules"(hereinafter referred to as "Additional Regulations").With the development of economy and the emergence of new types of goods,the limited schemes in the reinforcement scheme can no longer meet the increasing production demand.It is time-consuming and laborious to formulate loading and strengthening schemes manually.At this time,a fast and effective decision-making system of loading and strengthening schemes is needed to meet the needs of cargo owners and carriers on the premise of ensuring the safety of cargo transportation.In this paper,the relevant theory of automatic generation of loading and strengthening schemes for freight with exceptional dimension is studied.Based on the research of freight with exceptional dimension at home and abroad,this paper analyses the relevant factors of railway large cargo loading and reinforcement,studies the extension theory and case-based reasoning theory,and studies the framework of extension case-based reasoning.Based on the distance sum of classical mathematics and the concept of distance in extension theory,a method for calculating the similarity of freight attributes is given.A method to determine the comprehensive weight of freight attributes based on AHP and coefficient of variation is designed,and the similarity of loading and strengthening cases is calculated according to the similarity of freight attributes,which is the basis of matching and retrieving similar cases.Based on the idea of divergence and convergence of diamond thinking mode,an improved grey relational case retrieval algorithm based on extension preliminary matching is designed to retrieve the case base.Aiming at the retrieved examples,the method of case modification and the principle of case modification are introduced.The case base of loading reinforcement is constructed,and the structure of the case base and the quality improvement of the case base are analyzed accordingly.On this basis,an extension case-based reasoning algorithm for railway freight loading and strengthening scheme is designed.The loading and reinforcement system of railway freight with exceptional dimension is designed.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example calculus.
