With the leap-forward development of the construction of high-speed railway in China, The transport capacity of original railway has been effectively released, greatly improves the capacity of railway transport. But overall, the capacity of railway transport in China still can’t meet the needs of national economic development, especially with the rapid development of high-speed railway, after the railway network has been overall accelerated, various types of trains collinear running, the differences of the speed of different trains are big, always requires the passenger train and freight train collinear run, severely limits the development of the capacity of railway transport. Collinear running of the trains at different speed makes the railway scheduling command and the compilation of train running become more complex. The successful development of CTCS-3train operation control system in China, greatly optimizes the train operation organization of railway transportation in China, the CTCS-3train control system can realize real-time control of train operation, and make the train operation organization more accurate and safe.The main idea of this paper is to design algorithm in order to adjust the operation plan of the high speed and medium speed train, and analyze the influence of different constraints on the train operation and the train ability by analyzing the main technical principles of the CTCS-3train control system and combining with the reality of collinear running of multiple speed train in China, and using cellular automata model to simulate the railway operation organization under the condition of random traffic flow, thus provide scientific basis for the optimization of the random traffic train running and the improvement of the efficiency of train running and the enhancement of railway transportation capacity.Firstly, this paper studies the train operation process at different speed under the condition of different proportion. And the result shows that with the increase of high speed train in proportion of the random traffic flow, the time of overtaking in the middle train station have gradually increased, but when the proportion of high speed train has increased to more than50%, the line of high speed train number will decrease gradually. The situation of train operation depends on the speed of trains before and after, the more different speed of trains cross each other, the greater influence on train operation capacity under the random traffic condition. When the proportion of high speed train is small, the online delay time of high speed train is bigger and the time stay in the station and online delay of medium speed train is smaller. But when the proportion of high speed train is higher, the online delay time of high speed train is smaller and the time stay in the station of medium speed train is higher.Secondly, this paper studies the train operation under the condition of having fixed parked passenger train. It finds that the interval elapsed time and stay standing time of high speed train are longer than the situation of without fixed parked train, but the interval elapsed time and stay standing time of medium speed train are not longer than the situation of without fixed parked train. Although the fixed stop in the stations of high speed train would increase the interval running time of high speed train, but at the same time, reduced the residence time in the station of medium speed train, and has a little effect on the average stay standing time.Lastly, this paper studies the train operation under the condition of limitation of the departure lines. It finds that the average time of residence and delay online of trains are reduced under the condition of limitation of the departure lines, and the residence time lesser in the station of medium speed train is more obvious. But the limitation of departure line will make the interval operation time of high speed train increase, so in order to guarantee high-speed train in a high speed operation, often sacrifice the running time of medium speed train to guarantee the running efficiency of high speed train.
