Valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic couplings is a flexible coupling, because it has many advantages such as sequence start-up no-loadăsoft start\load balancing and overload protection, itâs more and more used in scraper conveyer motor drive system. There is no particularly mature product on valve controlled speed tegulating hydraulic coupling.Its low reliability affects the scraper conveyerâs normal operation, besides the mine production efficiency is affected to some extent.Analysising reliability, finding out the failure modeăand failure causes, putting forward reliability guarantee measures can raise valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic couplingâlife spanăreduce the failure rate and improve the efficiency of the coal mine production.Take DTPKWL2-800valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic coupling for example, it is used in scraper conveyerăIts structureăreliability index and failure mode are discussed in this paper.The composition and function of valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic coupling is deeply analysised. The research background and dynamic at home and abroad is simply introduced.The structure block diagram of the machine is build.Based on those the reliability mathematical model is constructed,including reliability block diagram and reliability mathematical model.A new analytical method FTF is adopted,which is combined FMEA with FTA.Through FMEA analysis, solenoid valve block is the highest severity level failure mode. This failure mode is regarded as the top event of fault tree.By qualitative and quantitative analysis, the key factor affecting the reliability of the whole machine can be found out.At last, the situation of three valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic couplings drive a scraper conveyor together is analysised, the controlling plan under this circumstance is designed.Basede on the above mentioned analysis, the reliability security measures is formulated.Matlab/Simulink is used to conducting reliability simulations of the valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic couplingsâ STB7/300D control valve.Through simulation,reliability functionăfailure rate function and MTBF can be obtained.By comparing the computer simulation result with theoretical calculating valve,it can be conclude that computer simulation is credible to some extent, the reliability of the system can be shown intuitively.The reliability study of valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic couplings is helpful to designer or maintenance managers. |
