With the increasingly serious environmental problems and energy issues, the electricvehicles’ development is also increasing seriously. Electric wheel module as key componentsof electric vehicles, the performance and reliability of its wheel motor has a decisive impacton vehicle performance. Use the indoor bench test instead of the more common road test,electric vehicle research and development cycle can be shortened and input costs. Therefore,the research and development of electric wheel test bench for electric wheel various test has avery important significance.Firstly, according to the functional requirements of the test bench,we put forward thetechnical solution of the test bench,and make the test bench design principles for analysis.Also,optional wheel motor has made force analysis in order to verify compliance with thedesign requirements.Secondly, according to the test bench of the overall program,we use Solidworks softwarefor three-dimensional design, give a solution to the difficulty in the design process andcomplete the test bench vertical loading mechanism, steering mechanism, inertia simulatordesign of the three institutions. In order to make the entire mechanical system safe andreliable,we make selection and verification for the key components of the test bench.Finally, we use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to make the bracket of thetest bench have static structural analysis and modal analysis. By optimizing the programbench,it has better strength, while avoiding the entire test bench’s vibration and noise of theresonance.
