Distributed wheel hub motor drive is a new type of structure for electric vehicles,which is very different from traditional vehicles,eliminating the need for a transmission mechanism,simplifying the body structure,and greatly improving the efficiency of automotive transmission.However,there are many difficulties and unknown areas in wheel hub single-drive technology.There are no breakthroughs,and some core technologies are not mature enough.In order to shorten the development cycle and save costs,it is necessary to design a test rig that can test the overall performance of the electric wheel to accelerate the development of electric wheel technology.The research content of this article is to design a kind of comprehensive performance test bed for electric wheel,simulate and test the perfo rmance of electric wheel under different working conditions.First of all,the function of the test bench is generally introduced,followed by the design ideas,including modular design methods and working principles,and follow certain design requirements and principles.According to the requirements of the project,the design of the test bench should meet the vertical load,road surface,inertia,resistance and variable adhesion coefficient simulation functions.Then,a design proposal for each module is provided,and key components are designed and selected,including the design and selection of the vertical load mechanism and the drum device.According to the realization of inertial simulation and adhesion coefficient simulation functions,the measurement and control instruments of the measurement and control system are selected,including dynamometers and sensors,and a design scheme is proposed for the measurement and control system.After the design and selection of each module is completed,a combination of structures will be set up on the test bench.Finally,the article analyzes the test accuracy of the comprehensive performance test bench,proposes improvement measures,and proposes the meaning and method of debugging for the build-up test bench.It focuses on the resistance simulation debugging method and uses the experimental method to fit the relationship between the parasitic resistance and speed.Improve the test accuracy through power compensation.
