Such as on traffic detection technologyand civil detection, even in military application in recent years, Radar car stableplatform, tanks and armored vehicles on the target platform, a series of demand areprompting the on-board stabilized platform get a swift and violent development. At thesame time, it makes the vehicle platform get a wider application and a higher demand.In this paper, the vehicle stable platform is mainly used in the onboard opticaldevices, this platform is installed on the trailer, optical devices are installed on theplatform. The platform must be able to unfold in time and offers a stable and accuratedatum plane, and to assist the optical devices tracking targets.This paper expounds on the on-board stabilized platform’s design and analysisprocess.it mainly introduces the table-board design and the characteristics of thestepper motor, then choose it as the power system. This paper also introduces thecharacteristics of spiral elevator and how to choose it. After the assembly is completed,using the Ansys/workbench to get the deformation when platform and legs are underloaded, at the same time, this paper calculates the dynamic characteristics of platformand leg.Analysis result shows the installation ring angle is2.67", meet the requirements ofequipment work. It is also shows the platform modal distribution, it could get a cleardirection in the next plan by the good and credible reference data; Analysis the legdeformation rule and the reason, handing the information about clearance on thecylinder, they could provide a reference for structure optimization of leg. |
