The steel structure assembly type of residential energy conservation is a development direction ofbuilding industrialization, which has high strength and light weight, good seismic performance;construction period is short, the level of housing industrialization; member of many recycled. At present,ithas been widely used in the United States and other developed countries, but also at the start stage in ourcountry. Xinjiang is located in severe cold and cold regions, and belongs to the earthquake-prone zone, thetraditional structure to support the development of Xinjiang urbanization construction. Corps is to carry outstructural steelwork residential ASAsystem, but the suiTab.le local steel structure residential apartmentlayout and design of retaining structure is one of the key problems in.Combining with the research subject, to understand the current status of domestic and foreign researchsituation of steel structure residential and residential areas in Xinjiang through research, in the assembly ofsteel structure energy-saving residential apartment layout, building envelope structure optimization designbased on the esTab.lished model, numerical simulation analysis, and studied the evaluation of social andeconomic benefits. The following results and conclusions obtained by research:1. The "reform" and "open" two kinds of design thought. According to the southern and NorthernXinjiang residents of residential demand diversity, designed in the area, to meet the functional requirements,reasonable structure, saving energy, beautiful shape and suiTab.le apartment layout the least amount of steel,and presents five design schemes;2. Combined with the existing technology, the farmCorps material and the different climaticconditions, the energy requirements, put forward to meet the "residential thermal performance requirementsspecified in the detailed rules for the implementation of" the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regionresidential building energy efficiency design standards in severe cold and cold regions in the lowest cost ofregional suiTab.ility exterior-protected structure design;3. According to the typical design scheme for Corps Agricultural eight division136regiment localclimate conditions, use DeST-h software to carry on the indoor thermal environment simulation resultsshowed that: the heat consumption index of heating period was20.69W/m2less than the "rules for theimplementation of the provisions" of21.9W/m2, the maximum heat load of heating period was32.98W/m2,meet the requirements of energy-saving building index;4. The same area of the bottom layer or multilayer construction steel structure housing and theconcrete structure and masonry structure compared: Engineering unilaterally cost respectively about9.27%and35.24%; but the construction period has great advantage, relative to respectively37.2%and40%; theconstruction area increased considerably, the relative increase in surface integral don’t about9.74%andabout16.87%.
